Car Collides with Peacekeeping Forces' Ural on Stepanakert-Askeran Road, Fatalities Reported

On December 10, around 18:20, a collision occurred on the Stepanakert-Askeran highway at the 1st kilometer between a Suzuki Grand Vitara driven by S. A., a 1976-born resident of Shushi region, and a Ural vehicle driven by O. M., a 1993-born peacekeeping forces member. As a result of the crash, S. A. and a passenger, D. M., a 1977-born resident of Stepanakert, were killed on the spot.

Preliminary data suggests that the cause of the accident was the Suzuki Grand Vitara leaving its lane. The investigation is being conducted by the Artsakh Investigative Committee.
