Court Hearing in Case of Robert Kocharyan and Others Scheduled for December 8
The court hearing in the case of the second President of Armenia, Robert Kocharyan, and others will continue on December 8 at the Yerevan Court of General Jurisdiction, presided over by Judge Anna Danibekyan, at the Shengavit residence.
This information was reported by the Facebook page of Robert Kocharyan's legal team. They stated, "On December 8, at 13:00, the proceedings for the case of attempting to overthrow the constitutional order will resume."
Robert Kocharyan, former Minister of Defense Seyran Ohanyan, former Chief of the General Staff of the Armed Forces Yuri Khachaturov, and former head of the Presidential Administration Armen Gevorgyan are undergoing trial in this case.
