Enemy Committed Atrocities in Mataghis and Talish

In the Armenian settlements remaining under the control of the enemy in Artsakh, particularly in Talish and Mataghis, the enemy has committed destruction and atrocities, desecrating khachkars and monuments.

In this regard, the Chair of the National Assembly’s Standing Committee on Human Rights Protection and Public Affairs, Naira Zohrabyan, shared photos from Talish on her Facebook page and wrote: "Talish today. The Turk has passed through here. Talish was surrendered to the Armenian Turk."
