Criminal Case Launched Against Two Turks Who Attacked Armenian Protesters in France
The prosecutor's office in Vienna, France has pressed charges against two Turks who attacked Armenians, reports ermenihaber. It is noteworthy that earlier, the French police had arrested the two individuals, aged 45 and 21, from the Ardèche region. They are father and son. The court released them on bail, with the condition that they do not leave France.
The prosecution's indictment notes that the 45-year-old man harmed two Armenian protesters, while the 21-year-old injured three. It is important to mention that on October 28, Armenians in France protested against the Azerbaijan-Turkish aggression towards Artsakh and Armenia by blocking the French A7 motorway. Turkish provocateurs instigated clashes, resulting in nearly a dozen Armenians being injured. One of the Turks struck an Armenian compatriot on the head with a hammer, causing serious injury. The 21-year-old instigator is among those who struck three peaceful protesters with a hammer.
