59-Year-Old Resident of Herher Village in Martuni Region Killed Due to Enemy Shelling
Following a meeting facilitated by the OSCE Minsk Group co-chairs and an agreement on humanitarian issues, Azerbaijan has continued to target civilian settlements in Artsakh since the morning of October 31.
This morning, residential areas and the central market in the capital, Stepanakert, were shelled, despite the absence of any military infrastructure in the vicinity. The rocket strikes have caused significant material damage to the city.
The village of Herher in the Martuni region also came under fire, resulting in the death of one civilian, 59-year-old Aprēs Adamyan, at his home.
Rocket and artillery strikes have also been reported in the cities of Martuni, Martakert, and Shushi. Information regarding casualties and material damages is being clarified.
