The head of the information department of the National Progress party, Haik Grigoryan, posted on his Facebook page: "The Turk who today attacked Armenians from behind with a hammer in France, in support of the peaceful rally for the Armenians of Artsakh, will be punished with 10 years in prison and a fine of 150,000 euros.
