Stepanakert, Shushi, and Martakert Under Missile Attack

Currently, the cities of Stepanakert, Shushi, and Martakert are being subjected to missile attacks from the enemy's Grad missile systems. The adversary has once again violated the requirements of international humanitarian and customary law, targeting exclusively civilian settlements, resulting in casualties among the civilian population. The political-military leadership of Azerbaijan is committing yet another war crime. The Azerbaijani criminal leadership bears full responsibility for further escalation of the situation.
