Azerbaijan Creating Bases for Terrorist Groups in Areas Vacated by Armenian Units

According to radio intelligence data, analyzing the tactics and phone conversations of Turkish-Azerbaijani mercenaries and terrorists, and correlating the intelligence facts, it has become evident that in recent days, as a result of the tactical withdrawal of Armenian units from certain directions of the frontline, the Azerbaijani Armed Forces are deliberately establishing bases for terrorist groups in those areas. The actions of these groups could further exacerbate and destabilize the situation not only on the borders of Armenia and Artsakh but also pose a serious threat to the entire region. This was stated in a press release by the Defense Army.
