The author of the 'SKmilitary diary' Telegram channel has published a photo of the cultural center in the city of Shushi after it was hit by a missile strike, where there were civilians present, including children and the elderly, reports Infoteka24.

From the destruction of the cultural center, it appears that the strike was carried out with a weapon more powerful than 'Smerch', a conclusion drawn by the channel's author.

It should be noted that Baku continues to use prohibited munitions against the civilian population.
