Sounds of Four Explosions Heard in Stepanakert
Sounds of four explosions have been heard in Stepanakert, the capital of Artsakh. A correspondent from Armenpress reports from the scene that no air raid siren has been activated. It is still unclear whether the air defense system was activated or if an attack has taken place.
