Court to Determine Bail Amount in Tsarukyan Case as Hearing Postponed
The hearing regarding the request by the defense to replace the detention of Gagik Tsarukyan, the president of the Prosperous Armenia Party, with bail has been postponed today.
Tsarukyan's attorney, Yerem Sargsyan, stated in a conversation with reporters that the postponement was due to the court requiring certain documents from the defense. According to the lawyer, the court will determine the amount of bail.
The next court session is scheduled for October 22 at 16:30.
