Ralph Yirikyan Not Detained by Law Enforcement Agencies; Viva-MTS Issues Statement
Viva-MTS officially informs that the information regarding the company’s CEO Ralph Yirikyan being subject to detention by law enforcement agencies, involvement in investigations, legal processes, or any criminal acts is entirely false, fabricated, and not corresponding to reality.
Ralph Yirikyan continues to fulfill his daily professional and managerial duties as he has in the past.
We regret that at a time when the focus of society is on Artsakh, we are forced to issue such clarification and denial in response to slander that tarnishes the good reputation and dignity of the Viva-MTS company and its CEO.
At the same time, considering the strategic importance of the communications sector in the current situation, we call on the National Security Service of Armenia and the Armenian Police to keep such sources of slander under attention and take appropriate legal measures as necessary to reveal their true intentions.
