The 'Region Monitor' has decoded and translated a voice message sent by a member of the 'Sultan Murad' terrorist group to his comrades, further proving that Syrian mercenaries are being dispatched to Azerbaijan.

It is noteworthy that the voice message, which surfaced on one of the Arabic Telegram channels supporting Syrian mercenaries, was published on October 15. The accompanying note reveals that mercenaries are still being sent to Azerbaijan. Moreover, it is stated that although they want to go to Libya, they are being deceived and taken to Azerbaijan.
