Germany, France, and Poland Issue Statement on Situation in Nagorno-Karabakh
It is necessary to immediately engage in negotiations under the auspices of the OSCE Minsk Group co-chairs (Russia, the USA, and France) concerning specific measures to resolve the situation in Nagorno-Karabakh. This was stated in the joint statement by the foreign ministers of the three EU countries — Germany, France, and Poland, released on October 15, following their discussions.
The negotiators called on the parties involved in the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict to maintain the humanitarian ceasefire and condemned the ongoing violence in the conflict zone.
