Tehran Ready to Support the Resolution of the Nagorno-Karabakh Conflict, Says Iranian Foreign Minister
Iran’s Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif has held a phone conversation with his Azerbaijani counterpart Jeyhun Bayramov, during which he expressed Iran’s readiness to contribute to the peaceful resolution of the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict.
According to IRNA news agency, during the call, the Iranian foreign minister reaffirmed Iran's principled position and readiness to assist in achieving sustainable peace. The parties also highlighted the importance of regional initiatives in addressing the long-standing conflict.
