Materials Being Prepared to Appeal to ECHR, Says Armenia's Representative

The attention of Armenia's representation at the European Court of Human Rights (ECHR) is focused on a video allegedly showing the execution of Armenian prisoners of war, which has circulated in Azerbaijani media. Based on this, materials are being prepared for an appeal to the ECHR.

In a conversation with Armenpress, Armenia's representative at the ECHR, Yeghishe Kirakosyan, stated, "The video is, of course, under our attention, and materials are being prepared to appeal to the ECHR."
