Thousands Suffer while Human Rights World Remains Silent, Armenia's Ombudsman Says
Thousands suffer, targeted missile strikes on civilians with banned cluster munitions, casualties and injuries among children, women, and the elderly, massive destruction of civilian dwellings and cultural heritage... and the world of human rights remains silent. This was stated by Armenia's Ombudsman Arman Tatoyan on his Facebook page.
“Thousands of people's suffering, targeted missile attacks on peaceful civilians with forbidden cluster munitions, casualties and injuries among children, women, and the elderly, massive destruction of civilian buildings and cultural heritage... and the world of human rights is silent... This is why the work of journalists in Artsakh is so important. This BBC piece proves it!!” Tatoyan wrote.
