Defense Industry Companies Operating Under Extreme Pressure, Says Hakob Arshakyan
The Minister of High Technology Industry of Armenia, Hakob Arshakyan, discusses the operations of defense industry companies under martial law.
In a recent Facebook post, he stated: "In response to your many questions, I would like to inform you that amid the Azerbaijani-Turkish aggression and the heroic resistance of our defense forces, defense industry companies are working under extreme pressure. From repairing damaged military equipment to the production of offensive and defensive systems, and from testing prototypes in military situations to solving new challenges.
This also applies to the development of strike and reconnaissance drones. Unfortunately, I cannot provide more detailed information, but we can confirm that a lot of work is being done at a pace that is exponentially greater than planned, thanks to around-the-clock efforts, so that we can make these resources available to our armed forces as soon as possible."
