The ceasefire agreement reached in Moscow on October 9 must be upheld and implemented. This was stated by Armenian Foreign Minister Zohrab Mnatsakanyan on his Twitter microblog, adding,
“Azerbaijan has continued its attack on Nagorno-Karabakh after 12:00 today, violating its obligations. Right now, Stepanakert is being shelled. This is despicable aggression.”
