The Consequences of Shelling in Stepanakert

Following the ceasefire agreement reached between the conflicting parties at noon, Stepanakert has once again become a target for the enemy. This was reported by the State Emergency Service of Artsakh.

At 23:18, an air raid alert was declared in the capital of Artsakh, during which the enemy struck (the type of weapon is still unknown) one of the suburban neighborhoods of Stepanakert.

One private house was completely destroyed, and a nearby building of economic significance caught fire, while nearby infrastructure suffered damage. There are no casualties.
