Restless Night in Martakert and Martuni According to Artsakh Emergency Services

Restless night was also experienced in the cities of Martakert and Martuni. This was stated in a press release by the State Service for Emergency Situations of the Republic of Artsakh.

"Ignoring the ceasefire declared on October 10 at 12:00 for humanitarian purposes, Azerbaijani armed forces shelled civilian areas last night, resulting in a residential house burning down in Martakert. Firefighting operations were carried out by firefighters from the Martakert regional department of the Emergency Situations Service. A fire also broke out in the city of Martuni following the shelling. Firefighters managed to extinguish the blaze in a timely manner," the statement read.
