Director of the Artsakh Emergency Situations Service Visits Shelters in Shushi and Stepanakert
The Artsakh Emergency Situations State Service reports that Colonel Karen Sargsyan, the director of the agency, today visited our compatriots sheltering in basements in Stepanakert and Shushi in accordance with the civil defense plan. He familiarized himself with the conditions in the shelters and inquired about the concerns of the residents.
In all shelters where there was a need for food and other essential supplies, immediate solutions were provided on the director's orders. Karen Sargsyan also checked on the psychological wellbeing of the residents and their morale during these wartime days. Our citizens are proud of the successes of the army and the soldiers, mourn the loss of human lives, and express gratitude to the rescuers of Artsakh for responding promptly to their calls and for delivering food and medicines.
The people of Artsakh are determined to never abandon their homes. They are confident that the war will end and life will return to its usual rhythm.
