Criminals are Likely to Continue Committing Crimes Until They Are Punished: Artsakh Ombudsman

Azerbaijan has just launched two missile strikes on Stepanakert. This news was reported by Artsakh Ombudsman Artak Beglaryan.

“Is this aimed at maintaining the humanitarian ceasefire? It seems that the criminals will continue to commit offenses as long as they are not punished,” stated the Ombudsman.

It is worth recalling that yesterday, an agreement was reached in Moscow between the Foreign Ministers of Armenia, Russia, and Azerbaijan, whereby a humanitarian ceasefire was to be declared from 12:00 today. However, Azerbaijan has not adhered to this agreement.
