No Guarantee That Agreements Reached Will Be Fully Implemented, Tigran Abrahamyan
The head of the Analytical Center for Armament, former advisor to the President of Artsakh, Tigran Abrahamyan writes:
“The enemy is trying to utilize all the capabilities of its arsenal to secure favorable positioning before noon. In fierce battles, the main strikes in the morning are provided by unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs), but missile-artillery units are also active alongside them.
There is no guarantee that the agreements reached will be fully implemented. Let us not forget who our adversaries are.”
