Negotiations in Moscow Continue for 9 Hours as Foreign Ministers Enter and Exit Meetings
Negotiations between the foreign ministers of Armenia, Azerbaijan, and Russia in Moscow have been ongoing for 9 hours. According to a reporter from the Russian channel Russia 24, the foreign ministers periodically leave the negotiation room and then return. Just recently, Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov left for a few minutes.
At this point, however, there is no information available regarding the progress of the negotiations. Despite the late hour, journalists have not yet been formally informed whether the ministers will leave the Foreign Ministry building or wait for news regarding the outcomes of the discussions. This, according to the source, may indicate that some statement will, after all, be made for the media.
