The Ministry of Emergency Situations is Delivering Humanitarian Aid to Artsakh

From the rear to the border: essential supplies packaged with care, warmth, and confidence in victory. Various boxes containing different contents have been prepared by residents of Yerevan and the regions to be sent to Artsakh.

These supplies are being transferred to the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Armenia through the municipal administrations of different administrative regions, as the Ministry is the authorized body coordinating humanitarian response operations.

At the directive of the Minister of Emergency Situations, Felix Tsolakyan, a working group has been established. The received aid is sorted and grouped, after which the relevant units prepare to deliver the cargo to our compatriots in Artsakh. The Ministry’s Deputy Director of Emergency Situations, Colonel Armen Grigoryan, will personally deliver the gathered cargo.

The Ministry of Emergency Situations continues to urge and encourage those wishing to provide humanitarian assistance to the people of the Artsakh Republic to act in an organized manner by contacting local self-governments, which in turn will coordinate with the Ministry to ensure the process is purposeful and targeted.
