Kremlin Calls on Parties to Exercise Restraint and Abandon Military Methods, Peskov Says
In connection with the situation in Nagorno-Karabakh, the Kremlin is urging all parties to show maximum restraint. This statement was made by Dmitry Peskov, the press secretary of the Russian president.
“Currently, we call on all parties, and primarily on the parties to the conflict, to exhibit maximum restraint, to abandon military methods of managing affairs, and to refrain from any steps that could lead to further undesirable escalation in a situation already at a level of military confrontation,” he said.
