Armenia Not Planning to Appeal to CSTO, Says Ambassador in Russia
On September 28, Vardan Toghanyan, Armenia's ambassador to the Russian Federation, stated that Armenia does not intend to appeal to the Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO) regarding the escalation of the situation in Artsakh.
This information was conveyed by the ambassador to the Russian state news agency RIA Novosti. It is noteworthy that earlier, the CSTO had expressed its willingness to intervene in addressing the situation.
