This morning, along the entire length of the contact line, the enemy has started active aerial, missile, and ground attacks, targeting also civilian settlements. I call on the population to take shelter and remain calm.

A moment ago, I met with our first volunteers. I assure you that our armed forces are strong in their positions, and the response will be disproportionate and severe.

The entire responsibility for the situation lies with the Azerbaijani military-political leadership, and they will be held accountable for every loss.
