Victims of Azerbaijani Shelling are Grandmother and Granddaughter, 9-Year-Old Girl, Says Spokesperson

The victims of Azerbaijani shelling are a grandmother and her granddaughter, a 9-year-old girl, according to Vahram Poghosyan, the spokesperson for the President of Artsakh. This was stated during a press conference on September 27.

Poghosyan noted that early this morning, the enemy began active shelling along the entire contact line. Civilian settlements, including the capital city Stepanakert, are also being shelled. Fighting continues.

Artsakh Defense Army Commander Jalal Harutyunyan has issued a call to arms, stating that at this time, the Defense Army units are successfully thwarting the enemy's plans while inflicting significant losses upon them.

The Armenian side has reported two civilian casualties: one woman and one child.
