No Need for Voluntary Recruitment at This Time, Ministry of Defense of Armenia
At this time, there is no need for voluntary recruitment, and if such a need arises, the Ministry of Defense of Armenia (MoD) will make a separate, special announcement. This was stated in a message released by the MoD.
“In recent hours, numerous incidents have been reported where individuals and groups (up to 10,000 people) are approaching military recruitment centers throughout the country, requesting to enlist and go to the Armenia-Azerbaijan contact line.
The Ministry of Defense appreciates the willingness of our compatriots and informs that there is no need for voluntary recruitment at this time. If a need arises, the MoD will issue a separate, special announcement,” the MoD’s statement said.
