More than 50 settlements have been targeted, says Artsakh Ombudsman
As a result of Azerbaijan's attack, there are currently confirmed casualties. Artsakh Republic's Human Rights Defender Artak Beglaryan stated this during a press conference with journalists.
Artak Beglaryan noted that more than 50 settlements were under threat. “These settlements include all cities: Stepanakert, Shushi, Martuni, Askeran, Karvachar, and Berdzor. Consequently, our fact-finding mission is still verifying the comprehensive evidence,” he said.
According to the Ombudsman of Artsakh, at this moment, there is significant damage to several hundred properties and infrastructures, including roads, gas pipelines, water conduits, and quite a number of residential buildings.
