Gayane Abrahamyan Will Not Resign from Her Mandate
Member of the National Assembly from the "My Step" faction, Gayane Abrahamyan, posted the following message on her Facebook page:
“Dear compatriots, writing about this matter at this time feels like a waste of time, but I cannot ignore your calls. Of course, now more than ever, we must be united, and resigning from my mandate in this wartime condition would at least mean stepping away from the battlefield, if not betrayal. We will discuss my future after we WIN this war, and I will withdraw my resignation request. Together with my colleagues, we are focused on the crucial task of holding our positions on the external front.”
