Azerbaijan's Provocation Was Pre-Planned, Says Shushan Stepanyan
Azerbaijan's Ministry of Defense has officially announced the initiation of a "counter-offensive," indicating that these actions had been planned long in advance. Any military personnel with basic knowledge will confirm that the planning of a counter-offensive operation takes weeks.
Just minutes after the official announcement regarding the escalation, Azerbaijani and Turkish media began publishing materials from the front lines, further suggesting that Azerbaijan's provocation was pre-planned.
This was noted by Shushan Stepanyan, spokesperson for the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Armenia, on her Facebook page.
