You’ve Taken the Money, Why Aren’t You Holding Classes? Former Minister to University Leadership
Former Minister of Agriculture Arthur Khachatryan wrote on his Facebook page: “What kind of disgrace is this? Who has the right to deprive students of their right to education? Who has the right to play with the future of young people? Do not make the youth victims of your internal intrigues. I want to know where the 'competent authority' is, what are they planning to do to put an end to this disgrace? A few days ago, a collection of beautiful intentions called the Strategy for the Transformation of Armenia, which was made public, included education among national values (and rightly so). How does this chaos contribute to the education process of young, education-loving individuals? Have some basic respect. People have paid money to learn. You took the money, so why aren’t you holding classes?”
It should be noted that the Armenian State Economic University has temporarily suspended the educational process.
