The Constitutional Court Session Will Continue Tomorrow, Says Judge
The procedural session of the Constitutional Court was adjourned due to the end of the working day. This was stated today, September 23, by Constitutional Court Judge Edgar Shatiryans during a conversation with journalists in the courtyard of the court building.
He noted that the procedural session of the Constitutional Court will resume tomorrow at 11:00 AM. “In essence, the Constitutional Court has not moved on to the agenda items related to the election of the President and Vice President of the Court. The subjects of discussion have been organizational and technical matters,” Shatiryans said.
Shatiryans also mentioned that after lengthy discussions, the court decided that the procedural session would not be recorded by media outlets. “Nevertheless, the session will be recorded by the subdivisions of the court staff,” he added.
