Mané Tandilyan's Appearance at 'Hero of Our Time' Awards Left Everyone Surprised
According to the "Zhoghovurd" newspaper, during the "Hero of Our Time" awards ceremony organized on the occasion of the 29th anniversary of Armenia's independence, former National Assembly member and former Minister of Labor and Social Affairs Mané Tandilyan presented an award on stage.
According to our information, both government representatives and members of the Bright Armenia party were surprised when Tandilyan made her way to the stage. The reason is that nearly everyone believed Tandilyan was in Australia receiving treatment for health issues, and they were taken aback to see her at an event organized by the authorities.
It is worth recalling that on August 14, National Assembly member and Bright Armenia party member Mané Tandilyan announced that she was resigning from her parliamentary mandate and halting her activities as a member of the party's governance council. "For a long time, I have had health issues that I have been trying to resolve alongside my work. However, it has become clear that these issues are no longer compatible with parliamentary and active political work," said the member of parliament.
After that, members of the Bright Armenia party discussed internally that Tandilyan had gone abroad for treatment, but it seems that this is not entirely accurate. We attempted to speak with Mané Tandilyan, but our efforts were in vain. She has deactivated her social media accounts and is not responding to our phone calls or messages.
