Military expert Karen Hovhannisyan has stated on his Facebook page: "The Kurds literally saved the lives of ISIS fighters' children and women at the Syria-Iraq border, who were attempted to be transported in sealed cisterns. Bordering Kurds heard the cries of children from the cistern of a truck and forced the driver to open it. Inside were women and children of ISIS fighters, who were trying to cross the border in this manner. The lives of the children were barely saved. ISIS is an unfeeling and careless creation of Turkey, and where they were going, why they were relocating families, and to what new place, will become clear later."
