David Tonoyan Meets with Artsakh President Araik Harutyunyan
On September 22, a meeting took place at the Administrative Complex of the Ministry of Defense of Armenia between the President of the Republic of Artsakh, Araik Harutyunyan, and the Minister of Defense of Armenia, David Tonoyan.
President Harutyunyan expressed satisfaction with the high level of cooperation between the Defense Army and the Armed Forces, emphasizing that issues of defense capabilities and external security are at the forefront of the attention of both the political authorities of the Republic of Artsakh and the Republic of Armenia. According to President Harutyunyan, the Armenian military plays a key role in maintaining stability and peace in the region, and in this context, military capabilities should continuously be expanded through ongoing joint efforts.
David Tonoyan welcomed the President on his official first visit to the Ministry of Defense of Armenia and assured that through coordinated and systematic efforts, they will continue to strengthen the security system of the two Armenian states.
