David Babayan, advisor to the President of Artsakh, announced on his Facebook page: “Dear compatriots, friends, and party members,
Today I have taken a COVID-19 test, and the result is positive. I am currently in isolation and will continue to work online. I will remain in contact with media representatives as usual.
My circle of communication is large. I encourage everyone who has been in contact with me in the last two to three days to get tested.
I wish everyone good health.”
