Citizen Climbs Tower in Cheremushka Neighborhood of Armavir, Threatens Suicide

On September 22, at 20:38, the Armavir regional crisis management center received a report that a citizen had climbed a tower in the Cheremushka neighborhood of Armavir and was threatening to commit suicide by jumping off the tower. This was reported by the Ministry of Emergency Situations.

A fire-rescue unit from the regional rescue department of the Ministry of Emergency Situations has been dispatched to the scene.
