Part of Robert Kocharyan's Property Released from Arrest
During a court session at the Shengavit residence of the Yerevan Court of General Jurisdiction regarding the case of undermining the constitutional order during the events of March 1, Judge Anna Danibekyan partially satisfied the request of Robert Kocharyan's defenders and released part of the property belonging to Kocharyan from arrest.
It is reminded that at the previous session, the court had requested complete information regarding the property and bank accounts under arrest. At the previous session, the defenders provided the required documents, and the court continued its work behind closed doors.
