One Person Dies from COVID-19 in the Last 24 Hours, a 65-Year-Old Man

As of September 15, at 11:00 AM, a total of 46,119 cases of the coronavirus disease have been confirmed, of which 41,941 have recovered and 920 have resulted in death. Currently, there are 2,975 patients receiving treatment for the coronavirus. A total of 243,704 tests have been conducted.

Yesterday, 2,761 tests were conducted, resulting in 150 new cases of the coronavirus disease, along with 248 recoveries.

Regarding the death case, the Ministry of Health reports that the patient was a 65-year-old man with accompanying chronic diseases. On the previous day, there was one recorded death where the patient was confirmed to have the coronavirus infection; however, the death was due to another illness. The total number of such cases is 283.
