Video: 100 Microbus Competition Held, Number of Buses Required is 850-950 - Marutyan

“We have started the process: the competition for 100 microbuses has been held. According to the overall system provided by the consultant, the number of buses should be between 850-950,” stated Yerevan Mayor Hayk Marutyan in a video posted on his Facebook page.

“This process does not solely depend on the municipality. The government must have significant involvement in the process. In this regard, you know that together with the government and the European Investment Bank, we have announced a tender for 12-meter buses. There were two participants, but neither met the requirements, so the tender has been deemed unsuccessful. We are currently working on a new tender,” he said. For more details, watch the video.
