“I’m going to say something a bit sensational”: Hayk Marutyan

“I might say something a little sensational right now, but I believe that the position of the chief architect of Yerevan should undergo certain modifications and changes. It may not necessarily remain as the chief architect; it could be a body or council instead. In other words, it could be something different, and we are currently working on that,” said Mayor Hayk Marutyan in response to a journalist's question about who is his candidate for the chief architect of Yerevan.
