Mirzoyan's Statement on Arsen Julfalakyan's Resignation Request
According to Article 155, Part 1 of the Constitutional Law on the Rules of Procedure of the National Assembly, Arsen Julfalakyan, a member of the National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia, submitted his resignation request on September 9.
As stated in Article 155, Part 2 of the same law, if a member withdraws their resignation request in writing within one week of the announcement, the President of the National Assembly will make a statement about this. If the resignation request is not withdrawn, a record of the cessation of the member's powers will be prepared, signed, and published by the President of the National Assembly. The resignation is considered accepted from the moment the record is published.
