Restrictions on Meetings with Soldiers in Artsakh's Defense Army Units

In light of the decision by the Artsakh Republic's Prime Minister to lift the restrictions on entering and exiting Artsakh, we find it necessary to inform that all pandemic-related restrictions continue to be in effect in the Defense Army units, specifically prohibiting meetings with soldiers, all types of leave, and discharges.

We ask the families of service members to approach the ongoing restrictions with understanding. The Ministry of Defense of the Artsakh Republic will provide additional updates to the public in case of changes.
