The Measure of Restraint Applied to Arsen Babayan Has Been Lifted
The Yerevan City Court of General Jurisdiction, presided over by Judge Harutyun Manukyan, granted the motion to lift the measure of restraint applied to former Deputy Chief of Staff of the National Assembly Arsen Babayan.
Arsen Babayan has been charged under Articles 38-308, Part 2 and Article 314, Part 1 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Armenia.
