I Have Never Had Active Communication with Serzh Sargsyan and Robert Kocharyan, Says Arayik Harutyunyan

Arayik Harutyunyan, the President of Artsakh, stated during a meeting with journalists that he had a phone conversation with Bako Sahakyan a few days ago to congratulate him on his 60th birthday.

Regarding Serzh Sargsyan and Robert Kocharyan, he mentioned, "My official communication with Kocharyan has been very brief, and I have never had such warm relations. I have never had active communication with Serzh Sargsyan and Robert Kocharyan either," said the President of Artsakh.
