Warm September Forecasted by Gagik Surenyin
The Deputy Director of the Hydro-Meteorological and Monitoring Center of the Ministry of Environment, Gagik Surenyin, has stated on his Facebook page that "A fairly warm September is expected, with the monthly average temperature forecasted to be 1-2 degrees higher than normal, while the amount of precipitation is expected to be within normal limits."
